11/10 Wouldn't Recommend. I go through the drive-thru , order and get to the window, just for them to tell me to go inside , order there and get me food there. I kindly ask them to please just order for me inside and I will come in and wait to get my food. They tell me no , I must order and do all that ," it will be quick" and so I do . I get inside and they show me to all different tills to order, then I wait 30MIN! For a wrap and pops???? And the food is stale, dry and awful. I would never go back there again! I showed up there,we get to my order and instead of a double crunch burger she punched in a crunch burger which l could see from the screen at the till, admittedly it might’ve been me but anyways l tell her please l would like a double crunch burger but she tells me “next time you order you must be sure of the things you want “after she yelled void!! So she started yelling stuff about how she doesn’t care of the phrase “customer always right “so l tell her I’m here for my food and l just wanna get out after but she started pointing at me ,l could see that she was angry even before l got there. The time was around 7:15 pm on the 3rd of April please look that up , l love KFC and l would hate to not pass by you guys because of service,it was shocking, I’ve never had a problem but you definitely need to get that staff member in line. Just bought chicken at KFC Gansbaai. The skin was so brown you could see that it was cooked yesterday also the chicken was dry, tough and chewy. Disgust, will never go there again. Parking: Convenient Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 300–350
