A lot of visitors say that waiters serve good biscuits here. Guests don't like fried chicken at this fast food. Based on the reviewers' opinions, the staff can be cute. Most reviewers point out that the service is prompt. But sadly, Facebook users who have visited KFC rate it below average.

Drive thru times are outrageous, it's dirty inside, and my order is rarely correct. I will not visit this location again. I gave them a few opportunities over the past couple of years to do something about it, and it continues to get worse. Being so close to I-69 it could make a lot more money, if they did something about it.

Was there at supper time. I ordered a meal with a grilled breast. I got an old, hard, cold piece of chicken. They tried talking me into eating a fried piece, I cannot eat fried foods. I then had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. It was suppertime and that chicken should have been fresh. I was not offered money back and had to eat in the car because I had to head back to a conference I was attending by a certain time. I am extremely dissatisfied in the service and will not be returning to this KFC.
