I have a KFC Rm20 voucher issue with the staff around December 2025 in this sg dua branch, today is a second CNY day, I come back to use back my same voucher. After the staff check when I about to pay the payment, she ( ROLTIKHA) realise a problem with the voucher, despite having a long queue and peak hours, she listen to my explanation and patiently & politely offer to help me by seeking her manager ( Mr Khathiresan) for assistant. Both of them come approach me and understand the situation, and the manager give me use the voucher without hesitatation and apologies to me regarding of any miss understanding issue happened during Dec 25. They greeted me with the smiles and handle problems professionally. I am pleased and grateful for their Supreme services and problem solving capability. Therefore i like to say thank you to them and give them the best review for it. Thank you Ms ROLTIKHA & Mr KHATHIRESAN, keep up the good work! BOTH of you shine my day in this CNY. Will absolutely come again for the food. Oh ya lastly, my daughter say u both give her a new perspective regarding the service line in a very good way. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Another BAD experience again, I've order the meal set of TURKISH SPICE BURGER BOX MEAL, inside may have 1x Turkish Spice Burger, 1-pc Turkish Spice Crunch, fries & drink. But they serve me the pcs of spice crunch is drumsticks and I ask for change others part (no drumstick no wing), the dumb bad services is come again, normally the staff will reply to customer may have waiting 20+min bcos lazy to change immediately, and try to test customer patients. Good try KFC sungai dua! It's ok, I'll wait. So I'm standing front of counter doing this review, let em watched. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
