I had a very disappointing experience ordering delivery through the KFC app. We waited for over an hour, and although the status showed “out for delivery,” there was no actual update or movement. We tried calling multiple times, but no one answered the phone. There was absolutely no response or communication, leaving us waiting with no idea what was happening. When we finally managed to reach customer service, the only question we were asked was whether we wanted to continue waiting or cancel the order. No explanation, no apology—just very poor service overall. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from KFC. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
