Told us 30min wait for chicken at drive thru and I told them i have a mobile order. They told me to come in and get it. There was like 2 cars parked past the window waiting so not sure why they couldn’t just hand it off to me at the window. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Then first time I went to this location I waited 30mins for my order of chicken only. When I went inside to go get an update. Apparently they hadn't even started it. I had to wait another 15mins. Cause at this point I had paid and going somewhere else would have had to wait again So I went again a month later asking for chicken only and their response was no original dark chicken for 30mins. So I said forget it I went back then next day just waiting original chicken only just a 4 count. And still nothing only had crispy. Im over this location Service: 1

Not a great place to enjoy KFC products. There was no crowd inside or outside, yet it still took 25 minutes to get our order, even though the app said it would be ready in 5–15 minutes. It seemed like the person cooking the chicken wasn’t happy to be working—maybe because it was the weekend or due to low pay. The nuggets were extremely salty and almost inedible. I had to remove the fried skin to feed my toddler, and to our surprise, one of the burger buns was missing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back to get it fixed since I had gone through the drive-thru and only noticed after leaving. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
