Yum Brands has completely ruined Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell. They have cheapened the experiences and ingredients so much all that is left is a name merely by which people remember better times and better food. Here is the realistic future: Now that the sale has been announced private equity will drive the final nail in the coffin of Pizza Hut. Yum Brands will ‘try’ to turn KFC around and invest money into it only to realize you can’t raise a ship they already sunk. They will close more stores and then sell off the brand to private equity again. Yum will then turn all of their attention to Taco Bell doubling down on their strategy of how can we do it cheaper, faster with less quality and control? Easy we can rearrange a few of our 10 ingredients call it something cool and charge $12 for it. Thank you Yum for ruining American icons. Your impeccable greed stands strong. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees were ridiculously slow; I waited 30 minutes for my DoorDash order and I legitimately I saw one employee in the back take his time to put one singular fry into the fry box at a time until it was full. The tables were not clean, the employees disregarded new customers that came in while I was there, and it seemed that the wait time exceeded 25 minutes per order. I understand that everyone has off-days every once in a while, but the obvious lack of care, consideration, and customer service is incredibly disappointing. Please do better. This is the best KFC there is. They go out of their way with their customer service. They make great food too. They are friendly and kind every time I go there and they care how long you are waiting. Really made a difference in my night as I was rushing from one kid drop off to another and trying to fit in a meal my kids would eat. Thank you so much for getting our order right and timely.
