Hi there i experience the worst service at the KFC goldfields mall on Saturday 27th of April 2024. To start with I did not receive a slip with my order only a speed point slip. We had to wait for our order were the attendant showed us, said it will only be 3 to 5 min. We ended waiting for 30 min. My wife went to the widow were you receive your orders. The lady said she is sorry she was about to bring the order. I asked for the spices for the pops we ordered and paid for they did not have any. I asked for spices for the chips they also did not have any. By the time we got our food it was cold and the chips was over fried. I had my whole family with me and it's been a disappointing to buy at KFC goldfields mall. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
