A Black Woman made a Racist comment towards my white boyfriend in Sesotho , meanwhile , he speaks Sesotho and understood what she said. We called Management and the phone was put down in our ear!! Very disappointed!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They always do not have iced coffee and their chicken crispy salad is very dull and dry. And I did not appreciate the service at all

I was at the store yesterday, the cashier who was helping me, Tshepo as written on his badge, was speaking really softly, seemed bothered and was speaking in Sotho, my cousin and I kindly requested that he speaks English and he told us he didn’t know how to. We proceeded in making the order and that was that. We went to a table to wait for our food, the lady who was mopping was not doing a good job either, she left a wet spot, a very big one for that matter and the seats were wet as well and she went on to another section of the store and left the other unfinished. We waited until our order was ready for collection and we just took it and left without checking the bags. When we got home, which is about 15 minutes away from the restaurant, we discovered that all 4 of our Big Mac’s were made with no garnish and I requested that only one be like that and there was a slip that specified that only one was supposed to be like that. Their cool drinks didn’t have acid and they were not cold enough.
I did not like the service at all!
