This is a KFC like others across Japan. But given that this place is inside a mall, it makes different. For starters, the place is tiny and the seating areas are very little. The order line (despite having two machines) is slow. We waited for our order for more than 15 minutes, and the take out orders that were made after our order, were served first. When we received the food, it was lukewarm at best. My twister was cold, like the roll was straight out of the fridge cold. Also the people who shout your order number speak very quietly. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
