This KFC apparently doesn’t make chicken. We placed an order at the kiosk because there was no employee at the register. It took them over half an hour to make the chicken for our order. Of course they didn’t tell us that they were out of chicken when we ordered. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere and they said it wasn’t possible for them to do that either. Asked for a receipt, and told that it wasn’t possible for us to get a receipt for the transaction at the kiosk. Customer service was abysmal, the store manager would not even look at us while we tried to get a receipt, or chicken. She would answer only to her employees when they repeated the question to her. Oh. Also the facility is in dire need to repair and maintenance. Apparently the women’s bathroom was a mess and honestly, the men’s wasn’t much better. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the people behind the counter were friendly, and the chicken was made perfect. wanted to try the new super girl stuff, wasn’t disappointed. whoever painted the supergirl on the window should get a raise! love the art, love the atmosphere. for the gentleman who does drive thru you shouldn’t work fast food every time I come here he’s rude and impatient while trying to order immediately it’s “anything else “ “anything else” cutting me off while trying to order “anything else “ than I asked for a sweet tea and no response I sit there waiting for my total or to hear “anything else” still waiting and I get “hello” I say yes I wanna make sure you got the sweet tea and what’s my total and he cuts me off yelling look forward as he’s hanging out the window waving the drink at me like are you serious yall think that will make customers want to come back getting yelled at and treated disrespectful kfc do better and remove him Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
