Try nicely cooked spicy chicken and good coleslaw to form your opinion about this restaurant. Food delivery is a big advantage of KFC Hawera. Most people highlight that the staff is courteous here. Downscale service is what some guests underline characterizing this place. You will definitely enjoy the charming atmosphere. But visitors rate this spot below average on Google.

15+ minutes on drive thru no one took order. Left without ordering. The one and only staff in there was trying her best. Understaffed place.

Went into KFC Hawera 25/11/22. The new look looks inviting, pity I cant say the same about the service, as there wasnt any! The new staff members were too busy getting pre orders ready from Machines Digital technology, The poor customer waiting to get served for 30 mins ended up walking out and going to Mcdonalds a lot faster service from actual human being. Where has the good old fashion customer service gone too? Please come back. Very Disappointed.

Terrible place, very rude and ridiculously slow. I waited half an hour for my order which wasn't anything special, when I politely asked the manager why it took 30min, they Said I was not a priority because I ordered on line which she said very rudely.thry were not busy either I will not be returning again
