The food should have been better. This location used to be good. In the last year the oil is old lots of times. That then makes the food both the same as it should be.

SPENT 85.00 FOR A FAMILY DINNER. ORDERED ONLINE AND WENT INSDE TO PICK UP DUE TO LONG DRIVE THRU LINE THAT I HAD BEEN IN WAITING. I GOT EVERYTHING IS 2 BAGS CRAMMED. I GOT 3 FAMILY MEAL DINNERS, THE BISCUITS WERE ON THE BOTTOM AND ALL SMASHED AND CRUMBLED. THE DINNERS ALL HAD TENDERS AND THEY JUST THREW THEM ALL IN A BUCKET. SO THERE WERE NO DINNERS TO PASS OUT. IT NEEDED SEPERATED AND I HAD TO FIGURE OUT WHO GOT WHAT. I ASKED FOR PLATES ETC, GOT NONE. I CONTACTED KFC WHEN THEY ASKED HOW OUR MEAL WAS AND THEY OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF THEIR HEARTS GAVE ME A 1.00 REFUND. HAHA I TOLD THEM TO KEEP IT. LESSON LEARNED. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND WHEN SPENDING 85.00 YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU ORDER. WE WONT BE BACK. CULVERS IS OPENING UP ACROSS THE STREET. WILL GO THERE FOR SURE. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible food today. I watched them in the store calling out orders of overly shrunken/shriveled up very dark chicken but then picked up my order and of course it was just as bad. Yuk. It was a decent price though Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
