I don't know if they've changed the recipe or if this was an anomaly but the flavor was NOT there at all! I've had KFC for over fifty years and I know the "eleven herbs and spices" taste but this was Bad. It didn't even rival gas station chicken, and I'm not kidding. The coleslaw was good, the fries were a little stale. They used to undercook the chicken at this Hermitage KFC, now it's no flavor. Thumbs way down. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I always order the Famous Bowl, now you don't get a cookie with it and the price went up- what a joke! I am not impressed!
