After seeing Brindabella Country Garden, it may be a good idea to visit this fast food. You will be served nicely cooked chicken leg and good chicken wraps. Food delivery is an important benefit of KFC Highfields. People say that the service is enjoyable here. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Food was good but if you're in a rush head a bit further up the road to Macca's. This KFC is the opposite of "fast food" took ages for our orders to get out to us and they forgot my zinger burger. It was sitting on the counter with the lady she forgot to put it in my meal but it's the 1%'s like that, that make it not the best. Food was good though Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered the chicken burger meal with 2 skewers (as seen in the photo) and 6 wings. $27. Got home, no burger in the box. Apart from the fact that the chicken was kept warm for hours and was dry and the chips were soggy and old. Worse KFC I've ever had. We're visiting from Brisbane, but I thought I should share this so people are aware. Go somewhere else or check your box on your way out. Make sure the food you paid for is actually in there. Disgusting to do that to people. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

Had a fantastic experience at KFC Highfields tonight. The manager, Toby, was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my (probably annoying) menu questions with patience and a smile. The store was spotless, the team was upbeat, and my order came out fresh, hot, and exactly right. Cheers to Toby and the team! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
