Never have I waited 40 minutes to be served 'fast' food!! Full of disgruntled customers. The only way to get your food was to ask for a refund, then it miraculously appeared! I would much rather have been told that there was a long wait on chicken, which would have given me an option to go somewhere else with 2 'starving' children! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £1–10

Response from the owner a month ago

We sincerely apologize for the long wait you experienced during your visit, Sophie. We understand how important it is to get food quickly, especially with children in tow. Your feedback about communication regarding wait times is valuable and will be taken into consideration as we strive to improve our service. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
