The lady at the drive-through at 6:38 PM was very unprofessional and rude. They were taking so long to give us the food. She kept on saying 10 minutes after 10 minutes past. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every single time I’ve come to this KFC, I’ve placed my online order way ahead of time. Show up, and then they tell me to drive around the building and come back in 5 minutes. And sometimes when we do that- they tell us to do it AGAIN. what is the point of a drive - thru, if it takes 40 minutes, and 3 loops around the building. The service and food is not worth the wait around. We recommend going to literally any other KFC in Miami dade county. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
