This location never has any food ready quickly and is always a ridiculously long wait. I’ve worked fast food and understand having a big rush and nothing prepped directly after, but this happens almost every time I come here. Normally I don’t make reviews but I shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes in the parking lot for a 4 piece so here’s the story I put in a mobile order, and pulled up around 10 minutes later. I was then told at the drive thru that I would have to wait another 25 minutes to get 2 thighs and 2 drums. I set a timer and pulled back around the drive thru after 25 minutes, and was then told they just put the chicken in 5 minutes ago and that I’d have to wait another 10-15 minutes for it to be ready. The staff was very nice, and the food quality is what’s expected at kfc. But something should get fixed about the wait times, because it’s a very common occurrence Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

None of the food tasted right. The gravy was like a paste. All the sodas were extra carbonated. The service sucked. We waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged our existence. Then once we got the food the resturant had no lids for the drinks, no spoons or forks out and no salt and pepper. My husband stood at the counter for 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged again. He finally went out to the truck and got salt from the truck. I had to go back to get spoons. I wasn't waiting. I just asked for spoons they brought them. The resturant was dirty. The bathrooms were worse. The one toilet that was working looked like someone was making mud pies in it. It's a good thing my hepatitis vaccinations are current cuz sure looked like a good place to get it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
