I just went up there and got the #6 five piece chicken strip combo and only got one honey mustard for my order but that wasn't the worst part. My chicken strips were hard and dry like they've been sitting under heat lamp forever! They was like chewing freaking card board! This will be the last time I eat there! The food used to be good and hot and fresh. Someone isn't going by their hold times! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Very disappointed with my experience at this KFC. We purchased the Box Beast meal, and both the sandwich and fries were rock hard. The fries tasted old, like they had been refried, and had no flavor at all.When my husband went back to politely ask for a fresh meal, the employee had a terrible attitude and provided awful customer service. He claimed there was “a lot going on in the back,” yet the restaurant was completely empty. It’s easy to see why poor food quality, poor service, and no effort to make things right. I won’t be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1
