I’ve been coming to this location quite often lately, and it consistently hits the mark. The food is always hot and fresh, but it’s the staff that really keeps me coming back. I see the Lady with the pink dreads almost every time I’m in, and she is fantastic. She’s incredibly friendly and efficient, and her positive attitude really brightens up the place. It’s great to see a familiar, welcoming face when you’re grabbing a meal. I also want to give a shoutout to the tall male manager. He’s clearly doing a great job running the floor—he’s professional, attentive, and makes sure everything is moving smoothly even when it’s busy. You can tell he takes pride in how the restaurant is run. This is definitely my go-to spot in Huntsville. Keep up the great work! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The cashier and drive through was absolutely rude had an attitude. Every single time that I go I get messed up food. I spent $20 on the 8-piece bucket of chicken I posted the pictures of what I received. And it's messed up every single time. I will never go back again that's my word. I like KFC because of the Chicken. I hate when companies due deceptive advertising. Just makes me NOT want to ever go there. Today I got an electronic message from KFC advertising a $3.99 Pot Pie. I thought, Ok, let's give that a try. So over I drove. When I went to the drive through windows she had no idea about the coupon and told me I was wrong. When I pulled up to the window and showed it to her she called over her manager. The manager told me she could not honor the coupon and that I could pay normal price or not get it. What, they are not going to honor the coupon they sent to me??? Then why have the program. What deceptive marketing. And the manager could not do anything? Could not override the system? Really surprising. Or, is she just lying like the marketing people? Not going back to the KFC. Ever. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
