An easy to order and excellent service. Was able to order without needing to use a translation app. Drive through available if you can speak Japanese. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

There is no level to give stars. There is no problem with the taste of Kentucky, manager? The response from the man was mechanical and unfriendly, which belies the service industry, and it was hard to understand what he was saying, and when the store asked me again, he didn't seem to have any malicious intent. It was a drive-thru, but it took a long time to pay and receive the product, and even though I had to wait, I didn't hear anything. This is the level at which you should contact the headquarters, not the operating company, Misumi. I try not to write too harsh a review, but I think that the clerk's response was very poor. I will never buy KFC from here again.
