I have been here 4 times and each time there is a problem. Before I order they tell me there is no chicken, so I will have to wait 30 minutes. This is a chicken restaurant with no chicken. The staff is rude and annoying. It's the only KFC in Iida City so if I want KFC I have to go here and I hate this place! 0 stars!
