Super slow. Despite now every order is taken by kiosks or online app, still need to wait 35 minutes and I think the staffs put wrong number because I saw an order already finish but the number still in preparing meanwhile my number is in ready to pick but still didn't have my food. Those staffs just work super slow. Thanks to the supervisor or manager check my order and make the order for me right away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered one burger and took me forever. The staff doesn’t even know my order when it’s clearing stated in preparing on their system. Staff was playing and fooling around in the kitchen. Even after I ask them about my only order they ask me to wait and doesn’t resolve the issue immediately. Terrible experience. Entire store is in unhygienic condition too. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
