A lot of people point out that waiters offer perfectly cooked fried chicken and tasty monkfish here. Clients don't highly appreciate biscuits at this restaurant. The nice staff welcomes guests all year round. If you want to enjoy good service, you should visit KFC. The atmosphere is pretty, as visitors see it. The overall rating of this place on Google is 4.

I'm not sure who owns this particular KFC franchise in Isabella PR, but this establishment IS the worst KFC in franchise history. I get it, no one wants to work on a holiday (three kings day). The employees were annoyed we were even in there to place an order. Decking the floors before closing down, 1 whole hour left for service and you've stopped heating up food and taking care of customers? Come on now.....if you don't like working in customer service then find another type of service job. Perhaps janitorial since you're more interested in cleaning than serving customers. Should've known when the place was empty to begin with. I do not recommend this KFC, do yourself a solid and make the line at Wendy's next door instead.
