I ordered only chicken nuggets To Go with no other customers inside. I had to wait for them to take care of two drive-thru cars that came after I entered the restaurant before they remembered my food existed. Their timers clocked my order at 9 minutes. It wouldn't be crazy, if they had other customers inside or if they were busy, but being the only one in the store with 4-5 employees working seem unreasonable.
