My recent visit was a complete letdown. Unfortunately, the food quality was far below expectations, especially considering the price point. Here is a breakdown of the issues we encountered: · Chicken: The chicken was soggy and lacked any significant flavor. It was not the crispy, seasoned dish one would hope for. · French Fries: The fries were undercooked and soft, rather than golden and crispy. · Burgers: The burger were surprisingly small and did not provide good value. · Chocolate Pie: The pie was a major disappointment. The crust was not crunchy but had a dense, bready, and overly floury texture. To make matters worse, it was served cold, which did not improve the experience. Overall, the meal felt overpriced for the very poor quality received. We left feeling unsatisfied and believe the cost does not reflect the actual value provided. It's only available for takeout, but it's by far the best. Most of the KFCs in the Osaka area are covered, but the ones here are crispy. That's about it for Kentucky, but I fell in love with this store. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
