This store went out of its way to correct a mistake made by a different KFC. Thank you for your commitment to fix mistakes when they occur, and provide good food!

I went through your drive thru this afternoon, I ordered a k9, I have no idea what I was given. I received 1 chicken tender, fries, and a biscuit. a k9 is supposed to have 3chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I was also not given any butter or honey for my biscuit. I have tried calling the store several times and receive no answer. The customer service at your location sucks, it's sad when other locations have way better customer service.
