I’m genuinely pissed off. KFC Kiambu Rd messed up my order again. A whole meal and half of another were missing, yet everything was listed on the receipt. I received a refund, ordered again and STILL not the whole order was delivered despite it being on the receipt. This isn’t even the first time, which makes it even more frustrating. It’s like no one is checking the orders before they go out. If you’re offering delivery, the bare minimum is getting the order right. If it’s busy, then adapt to the demand. Get organized, double-check the orders, and make sure what’s sent out matches what people paid for. Delivery should be reliable, not a gamble every time. Do better. Also, pick up the phone when customers call. It's frustrating to be left hanging when there's a problem. Food: 1 Service: 1
