Trash all around. Filthy bathroom, small portions, low quality food, bad mannered employee behind the counter, kiosk wont allow customization. Not worth the money. I would recommend going literally anywhere else, like a dumpster, or a toilet. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The lady that took our order did not look like she wanted to be there. Order a 12pc chicken family bucket the chicken was not the best the biscuit and the potato wedges you can tell where sitting there for a while they where so hard. The mashed potatoes and macaroni didnt get to taste because the lady didn't put spoons or napkins in the bag. I was just passing by so it wasn't like I was going down the street enjoy the food at home. Unfortunately i also didn't enjoy it on the road. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

This is my first time at this KFC location in Killeen, Texas. I had a very wonderful experience with Customer Service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, I was greeted upon entering, and the overall service receives from the staff. My food was nice and hot, it did not take a very long time to get it ready, it was served with that great hospitality, and I really enjoyed my food. I spoke with the manager Rhonda and she was very pleasant. She gave that very welcoming filling, and I always look for that everywhere I go. I will definitely visit this KFC location again to enjoy and have the same experience that I had today. Thank you all at this KFC location and many blessings to everyone.
