Hi. Went to KFC Monument Heights on 10/4/24 Went to the drivetru. Waited almost 30min before I could place my order. After placing my order the cashier informed me the food will take 20min to be ready. Withe 3 cars in front of me I waited. Fron cashier to collection point another 10 min. At collection point I was informed again the food will take 20min to be ready. What was supposed to be a 15min drivetru took me 55min. This is not good service And then the food was also not up to standerd. Chicken crust was hard. Hole experience was not nice. The worst KFC in Kimberley and one of the worst in SA. The drive through usually makes us park in front whilst waiting for the DRIVE THRU order. If you say no to this they have a irritated attitude. I love Kentucky so that is why I carry on ordering, but 3 out of 5 times it is poor quality, overcooked and dry.
