There are two KFC branches in Kitami, this being the Road 39 branch with a drive-in, so i guess that proves to be good in this pandemic where you don't have to leave the car. Unfortunately, they do tend to mix up orders, so when you get home without checking, you're in for a disappointment. I ordered the red hot chicken and was given regular ones. The good side is that when i called them and told them the problem, they delivered my correct order immediately.
