The KFC in Lotus Lopburi doesn't start working on your online pickup order unless you're physically at the store, which beats the purpose of online ordering. I've ordered here online four times and this is a reoccuring theme that's it's honestly mind-boggling that you have to be there to TELL THEM that you have an online order.
