The staff is well-trained that's what makes this restaurant so good. Many people mention that the service is fine. Medium prices are something that should be noted about KFC Krasta. From the visitors' viewpoint, the atmosphere is peaceful. But guests rate this place below average on Google.

I am writing to share a very disturbing experience my friends and I had at the KFC Krasta (Riga) drive-thru. We ordered chocolate milkshakes, but were served vanilla instead. When we politely pointed this out, the staff member's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of correcting the mistake, she claimed "it's the machine" and she couldn't do anything about it. More concerning was her hostile attitude toward us, which felt like clear discrimination because we are Indians. It is unacceptable to be treated this way as a paying customer. I hope the management takes strict action against such behavior to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of their nationality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
