In the first place, if you pick it up at a store, you may need your phone number and name, so I don't think it can be helped. but! Do I need personal information such as my current address to pick up my order at a store? If I didn't have this, I would have thought it was my own mistake and mistakenly clicked on delivery and in-store pickup. However, when I contacted the store by phone, I mentioned that the address was also listed in the email, but the store first read out my current address. I was probably just reading it out loud, but I was angry that my personal information, including my address, was shared with the store even though I was supposed to pick it up at the store. In short, Kentucky has a system that allows personal information to be easily leaked, even within the company. I will never use Kentucky again.
