Guests don't highly appreciate mashed potatoes and biscuits at this fast food. KFC with takeout food is suitable for those visitors who like to have dinner on the go. The nice staff welcomes people all year round. A number of reviewers have noticed that the service is fine. Moderate prices can't rejoice the clients of this place. When you enter this place, you feel the lovely atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Absolutely ridiculous! You can place an order online and still wait 20 minutes for it while people who are in the place gets their food first. What's the convenience in that?? Very slow individuals working there and have no courtesy whatsoever! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got an order doordashed. The quality of KFC has gone downhill. I found bones in all of my nuggets that are in my famous bowl. The tenders were so hard to chew. Will never go back to a KFC again. Food: 1

Every single time I order from this KFC through my app they always mess it up somehow. And the fact that you HAVE to go inside for a mobile order is ridiculous. My most recent experience today entailed waiting for 15 to 20 mins for my order which was a mobile order, come to find out it was ready the whole time and the member behind the counter even moved it out of the way without handing it to me. Also forgot my sauces which I paid extra for. Such a bad experience from this place anymore and I absolutely love chicken. Smh. So sad. Update: still terrible service. Still always missing items. Atmosphere was so tense this time due to cashier wanting break and being an older woman and the guy behind in grill area saying he wants one too been there since 9am blah blah blah. Instead of asking all of us standing there if it was our order she slapped the sticker on and tossed it towards drive thru every time is such an annoying experience.
