I ordered a chicken sandwich and they told me it'd be 10 minutes which was fine. so we pulled to the front and they bring the food out like 15 minutes later but the sandwiches have chicken tenders instead of the filet and the fries were cold. I went in and complained and the cashier said oh we didn't have filets and they take about 20 minutes so we did tenders sorry about that. I said you should of informed us we would of ordered something else or went elsewhere. He then stood there in silence didn't offer to replace them or anything as I walked out he said sorry. If I want kfc in the future I'll be sure to drive farther to the other one. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Missing food. No biscuit for me. I ordered a 4 piece and one more since we are a family of 5. I got 3.5 biscuits. The single biscuit was not here. Staff were nice I just wish I would have received the food I paid for. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I have literally gone to this location 10 times and only been able to get the chicken naked twister once out of every visit..... Every time the y say that they are out of the tortillas to make them, if you're not going to stock them take it off the dang menu because you're just inviting unsatisfied and mad customers like me. I was told that the general manager was supposed to be the one who makes sure they have all ingredients for it needed for it in stock by an assistant manger and if that's the case they either need to fire and hire one that's going to do that or they need to get some fire under their feet and actually keep they're location stocked with necessary ingredients for ALL..... the item's listed on their menu. Horrible managing if you ask me......... Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
