I go to KFC Le Havre Docks on Monday August 12 around 5:20 p.m., I order a burger, fries and drink menu. This one takes 10 minutes to arrive. And when I discover what’s in my tray, I’m amazed. A very cloudy colored Ice Tea, a burger made with absolutely not melted cheese and to top it off with bacon, not cooked, raw. So I get up and go to the cashier and explain the situation to him. He tells me that unmelted cheese is normal and that it is supposed to melt by the time the burger is put on the tray. I then show him the raw bacon and say to myself "it's normal for it to be raw", I look at him with my eyes wide open because I couldn't believe my ears, a person from the catering industry tells me that serving raw bacon is normal??? I then tell him that eating raw bacon can cause illness (example: trichinosis) but he tells me that it's normal. I sit down again, because he didn't even offer to reheat my burger (good customer service ). I then discovered my fries! They're also not cooked (this must be the norm), so when it's time to throw them away and leave I inform him while saying "that must be normal too, right? ”, after all it was those words. All this to say that the service is rather long for a fast food restaurant, which must be fast, the food is cold and not cooked and this is normal for the sellers, they absolutely want to be right, the customer no longer has the right to complain about anything, we must shut up and eat the food we are given even when it is not cooked.
