I hate this location. The menu differs from the KFC on Bellview and Federal. The chicken seems overcooked. The biscuit is hard like crackers rather than soft like a biscuit. They rarely include butter or honey or a damn spoon.

Don’t waste your time at this location. Has always been bad and still is. Went last night around 9PM, made a mobile order. Order took forever to be completed- restaurant was basically empty. When we did get our food they forgot to give the drink, so we went back In for that. Then we checked the bags of food that they tie up so ridiculously tight that you can barely even open the bag. The food was prepared badly, the fries were so cold, stale and tough. The chicken looked dry and unappetizing and everything was thrown together crappy and looked completely disappointing. I went inside to say we aren’t happy with this order, and would like a refund. They looked at us like we had 3 heads , kept interrogating us “why why why” , it was the most difficult thing ever. We didn’t even leave the parking lot before asking for the refund. They would not refund the order, they would not remake the order- even after 2 people in the staff dug through it with no gloves and touched all our food checking for idk what I never asked them to look through the bags, just for a refund or remake, manager goes “I can only remake the fries.” Also they purposefully didn’t give me an item as they were saying they don’t have them anymore after I confronted them. So I asked if they just are okay with giving out orders with missing items purposefully without mentioning it or offering a replacement? And the manager sheepishly goes “yeahh” I told her the fries tasted horrible and she goes “I don’t think so..” I was like what??? The staff is clueless. The manager is a short woman with long dark hair and no name tag. Probably purposefully as she knows she’s bad at her job. We had a $35 order that they would not refund in store or remake. We left all the food and drink on the counter and left without a word from the staff after they went around back and hid as to not have to talk to us anymore. Yeah I was irritated but no one was yelling or being loud, we were calm. Them not knowing how to do their job when it comes to a situation like this was making it more frustrating. Ended up having to call their support line and will have to hear back from corporate for the refund. Couldn’t get help in person or on the app. Don’t waste your time, the franchise owner here couldn’t care less. They also won’t care about this review I’m sure, but still this is crazy. It should not be an issue like this for a fast food restaurant to issue a refund to an unhappy customer. Everywhere else is much more accommodating. seriously what a JOKE! Terrible experience. Took my order at speaker. I drove up and had to repeat it. They gave me only one bag. I had to remind them to give me my card and still waiting on another bag. When I got home, I noticed they gave me the wrong sides. I asked for mashed potatoes instead I got fries that taste like they have been out all day. The Chicken is so small and dry. When I looked for my receipt, I realized they never gave me one. Will not be back. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
