The recipe for success of this restaurant is its nicely cooked fried chicken and good causa. You will be served tasty ice cream and nicely cooked biscuits. Visitors don't highly appreciate juice at KFC.

Went to the livingston drive thru a day ago and the person taking my order was so rude to me, they had the most dead tone with me as if I was being an inconvenience for being there which had made me mess up talking about my order was definitely not a great impression. I could not understand why they didn't talk to me like a normal human so much disinterest in their job. I would also like to give yous some advise to keep up on refilling your drink syrups as the peach iced tea i had ordered was so watered down I couldn't find the peach in it. Food was look warm at best, I was ordering for 5 people using the self service screen, staff were visibly annoyed when they seen the size of the order. Whole order sat on the counter while a staff member then decided to get our drinks. I've never seen anyone work so unenthusiastically, especially when it was all soda dispenser drinks. Will not return Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
