Guests don't like chicken at this fast food. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak point of KFC is its unprofessional service. This place isn't granted a high rating on Facebook.

We had the worst KFC experience! And it was during the bank holiday when the kids wanted to have them. We ordered the mighty bucket and the chicken and the gravy even the popcorn chicken for the children were inedible! Salty to the extreme! If I hadn’t had 3 children with me at that moment in time, I would have driven down to the Enfield Retail Park KFC with the chicken and get the manager and staff there to try the chicken themselves and I promise you that after one bite they would have got sick!
