My order was for the 16 piece family meal. It was hot and fresh i called the manager Dawn to make sure i got all the pieces that are supposed to come with the order. She took care of me with no hesitation. Thank you Dawn i will be returning to your location in Ludlow Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

The place was very dirty. Nothing was filled. Had to ask for stuff. New kid at register and didn't know what to do. Got overcharged and had to call manager over to fix it. Soda machines were dirty and counter below it. Trash piled in bins. It was not pleasant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible, dry, seemed like 2 day old chicken and biscuit. Monday, March 2, 2026. Just picked up an order to go. I live 15 minutes away, each way. Honestly, the worst KFC ever. I have not had the best of luck at the Ludlow location however, this is by far the extreme. The biscuit was literally uneatable (hard as a rock, dry and burnt). And the chicken was the same. It seemed like it was left over from another day and reheated over and over several times. The order cost $30. Outrageous, considering the total lack of quality control. How they could be in business is shocking. You've been warned! Food: 1
