I’ve visited the DFC KFC outlet multiple times and have generally had a good experience in the past. However, since May 2026, the quality of service has noticeably declined. There appears to be a lack of proper management, the outlet often seems understaffed, and the food is frequently served cold. The overall dining experience is no longer at the standard it used to be. I hope the management takes the necessary steps to address these issues and improve service quality. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: QAR 100–150 Food: 1 Service: 1
