Tonight I was served a Colonel's Burger stripped from tomato and cheese at Centro mall KFC. So a roll with a little lettuce and a piece of fried chicken. It is important in a franchise to consistently deliver the original products and not to sink to inferior standards and charge the same price as well...Make sure you don't run out of supplies I guess

Rubbish service at KFC Makeni yesterday morning ... 9.30 a.m. and they couldn't fill an order for 8 pieces of chicken ... and it was downhill from there. More than 10 minutes spent in the "drive-through" queue waiting for a partial refund from half asleep employees. Not a great start to 2018 KFC.
