Today I wanted to order the $20 build a bucket and change my sides. I was informed that I couldn't and I explained that the website states it's customizable. The lady told me to order it online and they will fix it however I want it. I don't understand the logic in this. I don't think the employees here understand that it's customizable and not just online. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The rudest services I have EVER experienced at a fast food restaurant. March 19th at 9pm, the lady working the drive through should be fired This is completely unacceptable, terrible attitude, ignoring menu questions, almost dropping the food when handing it to us so she didn’t have to look our way. Corporate please do something because if this is your standard for your restaurant now, this isn’t the only establishment closing soon. I ordered from this KFC and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My food took almost an entire hour to be ready, and it wasn’t even a large order. When I asked about the delay, the manager was rude and dismissive instead of apologizing or offering any explanation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
