Staff were rude. One staff was treating a junior/newbie rudely. "Cakap dengan dia belum ready tunggu 10 min" instead of saying directly to the customer. Bullying another staff in workplace. Do something about it.

I understand that a mistake was made with the chicken tenders purchase, as they were too salty. However, the team acknowledged the issue and took immediate action to rectify it. I would like to sincerely commend Ms. Hidayah (Team Lead) and the team at KFC Mahkota Parade, Melaka for their prompt response and professionalism. Their quick action is truly appreciated. This is KFC Singapore (KFC Malaysia is great) - terrible service and chicken as they keep getting order wrong and the chicken is small size and not juicy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
