“Drive thru speaker is broke, drive up to the front window.” I waited for 15 minutes. Two employees walked by and saw me, nobody came to the window. Keep in mind, this is during their business hours. Had someone actually acknowledged me, I could’ve at least had some knowledge as to why they would’ve purposely ignored me for so long. Ended up going to McDonalds and had some EXCELLENT customer service from their team. Do better, KFC. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
