This place is horrible, the staff have no manners, very rude they seem very unhappy, they have no patience, is not worth the aggregation, staff acts like they are doing you a favor, staff needs to be trained in hospitality and service...also the place looks dirty, health department... I got my order 10 sec after ordering, and the reason is the food was sitting cold at the kitchen Nuggets wasnt even warm, snall fries container was half empty Paid almost 11$ for nothing Embarrassing Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This is absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been to. The supervisor had the worst attitude and the staff seem to be on the same level. They sold me a molding chocolate chip cake with discoloration of the cake on the inside. The supervisor actually started talking loud and speaking in her Jamaican talk that i couldn't understand and she didn't want to hear a word from me. I have pictures and she didn't want to look at them. This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and do not go to KFC,especially this location. As I checked other review sites,they all say the same thing. Appearantly KFC isn't doing anything about it.This supervisor shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public or food. She was a disgrace and the staff left when she started talking loud. Everybody went to the back. The supervisor started ignoring me and sweeping the floor like I wasn't there. It was other things that were said but I will stop here. I always wondered why I've never seen this location packed or the drive through line long. Its always empty.
