We went on noon on a Sunday so there were dozens of people in line. There was only one poor employee working on the cash register AND serving the food, like hero. She deserves a raise! (Sept. 17, 2023) Meanwhile there was a "help wanted" advertisment on the counter. I don't know how much KFC is paying their staff, but it's clearly not enough. I'm sure there were dozens of potential customers who chose to give the competition their business when they saw the 30 minute line. If KFC isn't going to offer attractive wages, then they should at least install some robot employees to speed things up and give the current overworked staff a rest.
