I’ve been there several times the front register will have you standing there five minutes before they decide to take your order or ask you what you came to get it’s the dog getting it lady in there that works the front and she has a real rude attitude it’s a skinny manager light skinny that works the window and she gets real smart and nasty with people on the microphone. Ordered food on the app. It is ready in 15 minutes then I get there and you’re waiting 30 minutes and then the lady at front register put the label on the wrong bag and give me the wrong order coming home 10 miles away. Open up my order and realize you got someone else’s. This has happened to me two or three times. I have observed a young lady taking out bags without even checking their names and just taking them to cars which that how I believe how my bag got mixed up because she gave it out to the wrong person. I havent eaten kfc in almost a decade...wanted some chicken fingers and mashed potatoes. Chicken fingers were almost black, dried out, cold, the meat was so dry it looked like grey chalk inside. For real...the mashed potatoes were okay until i saw the black hair, same hairs i saw on cup girl gave me. I took potatoes back and ahowed hair, she gave me fries instead....fries were so hard and dry i couldnt eat i thought id chip a tooth, they were crunchy, no potatoe like center same as chicken....dry and gross..i left, went home & vomited, i became sick & had to go to the hospital. They said i had food poisoning, that was the 1st thing i at that day. I have a well known attorney now who is helping me file a claim against KFC on atl highway. This place should be ashamed of themselves for taking money and serving neglected dried out dusty hair covered poison. Biscuit was crappy too & the drink was not good. I regret spending my money here but dont get me wrong, if i had gone to one in Prattville or Florida, i know i wouldn't have had an experience this extreme. I am very bummed because i was totally excited on my way there. What a let down. My attorney will be in touch soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
