Rude attitude towards guests!!! A man named Fedor, who stood at the counter, responded rudely and disrespectfully to an ordinary simple question. And I didn’t want to give a ready-made order. It's sooooo slow! Even the managers are not quick, they have a very cold attitude, so I returned the order.
