I recently stopped by KFC Pagoh (Southbound) and wanted to share something that really stood out to me. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Tables were cleared quickly, floors were tidy, and the overall environment felt welcoming. But what truly made the experience special was one of the staff members - Nabilah. Nabilah is a disabled staff member who diligently wipes down every table and ensures the dining area stays spotless. She does her work with such focus and consistency, and you can see the pride she takes in keeping the place clean. Because of her effort, the restaurant feels fresh and well cared for. It’s genuinely heartwarming to see inclusive employment in action, and even more inspiring to see someone like Nabilah contributing so positively. She deserves recognition for the important role she plays in maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of the outlet.
